1.1 I've never ordered from you online! How does it work?
Thanks for your support! You can make an account with our eShop, or continue as a guest, up to you. We have a selection of items here, fill up your cart then continue to the checkout. If there's something you're looking for send us a quick message and hopefully we can add the item!
1.2 How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Once we receive your order with payment, it will be processed as soon as possible and shipped out the following business day. Typically it will take 1-5 days to reach you. The in store pick up option will take 24 hrs to be ready.
1.3 I'm introducing a friend who's new the comic world. What's the best introductory gift?
On the front page we have all of our featured items. These are some of our favorites and the most popular sellers we have, always a great choice to gift to a friend! Reach out to us, tell us what are your friend's interests, and we can surely recommend something more personal.
1.4 The graphic novel I'm looking for is not on your site, how can I get it?
We continue to add more products every day, so just send us a message by facebook, email, or here on our eShop. Tell us what you're looking for, and we will do our best to find it, stock it, and add it to the site.
1.5 Is there a flat shipping fee if I order more books at a time?
Yes, we have a tiered shipping system based on weight. Each level is a flat fee, shipping is free for orders over $500, and we have an in store pick up option that is free.
1.6 How does in store pick up work?
Choosing this shipping option means that you will come to the store and pick up your order at 3560 Notre-Dame O. near Lionel-Groulx Metro. Please allow 24 hrs for us to process your order to be ready for pick up.
1.7 Do you ship across Canada?
Yes we do! Be aware that books tend to weigh a lot, our shipping has a flat fee over 5kg.
